Warranty
All our instruments are guaranteed to be free from defects in material or workmanship. Should a defect be found, the instrument will be replaced with any instrument of equal value that you choose.

Payment
Payment is acceptable in the form of irrevocable letter of credit or advance payment. All L/C charges including opening, advising and banak charges outside Pakistan are for account of buyer.

Compatibility of surgical instruments involves material, functionality, ergonomics, sterilization, design, and size, ensuring safe, efficient use together during surgical procedures for optimal outcomes.

Prices
It is our earnest desire to maintain our present prices but due to the present universal economic condition which are beyond our control, all prices are subject to change without any notice. All prices are F.O.B. Pakistan.

Delivery
Normally within 60 days of the receipt of purchase order. Delivery dates are based on the agreements agreed upon in individual cases. The delivery dates are non-binding. The delivery date will only be binding if it has been expressly agreed upon in writing.

Product Liability
All our instruments are manufactured to meet the highest quality standard. We cannot accept any liability for the failure of products which have been modified in any way from their original state nor for any failure due to misuse or application which is not in accordance with the designer’s intention.

Autoclave
All our reusable instruments are completely autoclavable. For further information see the manufacturer’s recommendations for sterilization and AAMI standards for hospital steam sterilization. Below are some generally accepted guidelines for sterilizing reusable instruments.
STEAM
Steam autoclave at 2500F / 1210C for 20 minutes.
FLASH
Steam autoclave at 2750F / 1340C for 10 minutes.
GAS(ETO)
Follow the manufacturer’s guide for the unit which you are using.
